4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, presentations, documents, case studies, software, and the Abmia Institute name and logo, are the exclusive property of Abmia Institute or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials solely for your personal educational purposes during your enrolled course period. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share any materials without our prior written consent.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to:

- •Complete assignments and examinations with honesty and academic integrity. Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Student:
Refund requests must be made in writing. A partial refund may be granted if requested before a specified period (e.g., 7 days before course commencement), minus an administrative fee. No refunds are typically granted after course access has been provided or after a defined period.
Cancellation by Institute:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, you will be offered a full refund or credit for a future course.
Deferral:
Requests to defer to a later course batch may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve a deferral fee.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Services and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high quality, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or guarantee specific employment or certification outcomes.
Abmia Institute, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability shall in no event exceed the total fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
