Present your product, define your target market and ask us to explore potential buyer leads and introductions.

Start a buyer request

Start a sourcing request

Every assignment is subject to feasibility, service availability, agreed scope and applicable laws. Buyer introductions and sourcing outcomes are not guaranteed.

Whether you manufacture, farm, process, distribute or trade goods—or need to procure a particular item—we help turn your requirements into a structured commercial enquiry.

For businesses looking for buyers

How we help you take your product to market

We work with you to prepare the information prospective buyers need, identify an appropriate outreach approach and carry out the agreed buyer-finding activities.

Buyer Discovery & Market Outreach

Help identify and approach potential buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and commercial users whose requirements may fit your product.

Cross-Border Product Introduction

Introduce suitable products to relevant contacts and business networks across African markets and, where feasible, other international markets.

Product Presentation & Buyer Enquiries

Organise your product information into a clear buyer brief, share approved materials with prospective contacts and relay enquiries or expressions of interest.

Buyer and Counterparty Checks

Where requested, help assess prospective buyers or trading counterparties before you proceed, subject to a separately agreed verification scope.

Trade Discussion & Deal Support

Help coordinate introductions and commercial discussions around specifications, volumes, delivery terms and other proposed transaction conditions.

Export Readiness & Logistics Coordination

Identify documentation gaps and discuss shipping, cargo handling and delivery options with you. Transport and export services are scoped and priced separately where applicable.

For businesses looking to buy

Procurement support for specific requirements

Describe what you need as precisely as possible. We assess the request and, if feasible, help explore supplier options and coordinate the next steps.

Hard-to-Find and Specialised Goods

Tell us what you need, including exact specifications, acceptable alternatives, quantity and destination. We can assess whether a sourcing enquiry is feasible.

Supplier and Manufacturer Search

Help locate potential manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors or other suppliers that may be able to meet your requirements.

Specification and Offer Comparison

Where comparable information is available, help organise supplier offers by specification, quantity, price, lead time, delivery terms and supporting documents.

Supplier Due Diligence

Arrange a separate supplier or company verification request when you need additional checks before placing an order or making a commitment.

Purchase and Documentation Support

Help clarify pro forma invoices, product specifications, packing details, certificates and other documents relevant to the proposed purchase.

Procurement and Delivery Coordination

After the scope and commercial arrangements are agreed, discuss order coordination, cargo movement and delivery options with the relevant parties.

Make your offer buyer-ready

Quality, price and supply capacity matter.

A product introduction is more effective when your offer is specific, commercially realistic and supported by credible information. We will ask questions to understand what you can supply and on what terms.

Quality and specifications

Grades, materials, dimensions, tolerances, shelf life, testing, certifications and inspection options, as relevant to the product.

Selling price and commercial terms

Currency, minimum order quantity, volume pricing, payment expectations and whether transport or insurance is included.

Availability and delivery

Stock levels or production capacity, lead time, packaging, shipment size, storage and target delivery locations.

Compliance and supporting evidence

Authentic licences, certificates, test reports, origin documents and permits where required. Requirements vary by product and market.

Before you submit your product

Prepare what you have. If a document is unavailable, tell us rather than creating or altering a certificate.

  • Business or individual contact details and the country of operation
  • Product name, category, description and intended use
  • Product catalogue, clear photos, technical specifications or samples information
  • Available quantity, regular production capacity and supply frequency
  • Target selling price, currency, minimum order quantity and volume discounts

  • Relevant licences, certificates, test reports or compliance documents, where applicable

Have a very specific request?

Explain the intended use, acceptable alternatives, deadline and any prior attempts to source the item. Some requests may require additional technical review or specialist partners.

How the service works

We confirm what you are asking us to do, what it will cost and what you can expect before the assignment starts.

01

Submit your request

Choose Find Buyers or Source Goods. Share your objectives, target markets, product or sourcing requirements, and the questions you want us to address.

02

Scope and feasibility review

Our team reviews the information, clarifies gaps and assesses the proposed work. Market access, product category, geography and available contacts affect feasibility.

03

Receive the service proposal

We provide the proposed scope, deliverables, estimated timeline, service charge, payment terms and any third-party costs that need separate approval.

04

Confirm and pay

You approve the scope and pay the agreed service fee through the confirmed payment method. Supplier purchases, samples, inspections, shipping and other expenses are handled separately as agreed.

05

Research, outreach or sourcing

After payment and receipt of the required information, we carry out the agreed buyer outreach or sourcing enquiries and provide progress updates as defined in the proposal.

06

Review findings and next steps

We share the agreed findings, leads, responses or sourcing options. You decide whether to negotiate, verify a counterparty, place an order or proceed to logistics arrangements.

Costs and commitments

Know the financial terms before work begins

We scope each request individually. No fixed fee is stated on this page because the work required can vary significantly by product, destination and complexity.

Potential service charges

  • • Initial review and preparation of the service scope, if chargeable and disclosed in advance.
  • • Buyer research, product presentation, outreach or sourcing work agreed in the proposal.
  • • Additional verification, technical review, sample coordination or site inspection if requested.
  • • Any success-based fee only where clearly defined and agreed in writing beforehand.

Costs that may be separate

  • • Purchase price paid to a supplier or manufacturer.
  • • Samples, testing, certification, inspection, travel or local third-party services.
  • • Packaging, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, storage and last-mile delivery.
  • • Bank, currency conversion or payment-provider charges where applicable.

Do not transfer funds to an unverified third party based solely on an introduction. Confirm supplier identity, contract terms, payment instructions and any verification needs before committing to a transaction.

Frequently asked questions

What clients usually want to know

A few important details about buyer discovery, sourcing and the way assignments are handled.

Can Abmia guarantee that I will get a buyer?

No. Buyer discovery depends on product demand, price, quality, market conditions, documentation and buyer response. We agree on the work to be performed and the deliverables in advance; a sale or purchase is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

How much do your services cost?

Fees depend on the product, countries involved, complexity, urgency and work requested. After reviewing your enquiry, we provide a scope and stipulated service charge before work begins. Supplier payments, samples, laboratory tests, inspections, travel, shipping, duties and other third-party expenses are not automatically included.

Can you help find a specific or rare product?

You can submit a sourcing request for specialised or hard-to-find goods. Include exact specifications, acceptable alternatives, quantity, destination, required date and budget. We will assess feasibility and explain any limits before accepting the assignment.

Do I need to provide product samples?

Not for every enquiry. Photos, technical specifications and certificates may be sufficient for an initial review. Samples, inspections or testing may be requested by buyers or agreed as additional services.

Will you share my product or business details with buyers?

Product information should be shared only within the scope you approve. Tell us which details are confidential and which may be disclosed during outreach. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Can you help with shipping after a deal is agreed?

We can discuss relevant shipping, customs-clearing and cargo coordination options through Abmia Shippers, subject to service availability, a separate quote and any applicable requirements.
