Collection address, origin port or airport, destination and final delivery address
Cargo description, commodity, intended use and applicable handling restrictions
Total weight, dimensions, package count, pallet details and container needs

Carrier, haulage, fuel, route, terminal and other transport charges as applicable.
Handling and storage
Loading, unloading, consolidation, warehousing, demurrage or detention where applicable.

Duties, taxes, inspection charges, permits and government fees are separate unless expressly included.
Insurance and third-party services

Payment schedule and changes
Deposits, balances, quote validity, cancellations and changes must follow the written terms.
Common questions about routes, quotations, documents, tracking and shipment responsibilities.
Can Abmia Shippers arrange shipping from any country to any destination?
Every request is assessed individually. Serviceability depends on the route, cargo, provider availability, current restrictions, documentation and destination requirements. We confirm the feasible scope before accepting an engagement.
Can you provide a shipping quotation immediately?
A reliable quote usually requires the cargo description, dimensions, weight, origin, destination, dates and service requirements. Some routes or cargo types require additional checks before charges can be confirmed.
Does the service fee include freight, duties and taxes?
Not automatically. The written quotation should distinguish Abmia service or coordination fees from freight, handling, storage, customs duties, taxes, insurance, inspection and other third-party charges.
Can you handle customs clearance?
We can assess and coordinate customs-clearance requirements with the appropriate parties where available. The responsible importer or exporter must provide accurate information and the required permits and documents. Clearance outcomes depend on the relevant authorities and regulations.
Can you track my cargo in real time?
Tracking availability depends on the carrier, service provider and systems used for the shipment. We can explain the available update method for the proposed service; do not assume live GPS tracking is included unless stated in writing.
What happens if a shipment is delayed?
Transit times are estimates unless the service terms explicitly state otherwise. We can coordinate available updates and next steps, but delays may arise from carriers, ports, weather, customs, documentation, inspections or other events outside our control.
Can you move oversized, hazardous or temperature-controlled cargo?
Such cargo requires specialist assessment and may be subject to carrier acceptance, packaging standards, permits and route restrictions. Provide the exact cargo details early so feasibility can be assessed. Do not tender restricted cargo before receiving written acceptance.
How do we start?
Submit an enquiry with the origin, destination, cargo details and timing. Abmia will review the request and, if it is within service capability, explain the information required, proposed scope and applicable fees.
